Professional specialisations ensure that you develop the knowledge and skills required to achieve the level of competence required for employment in the vocational specialisation and are organised around `performance outcomes` which indicate what you can do as a result of learning and applying the specified knowledge and skills. The performance results of the Legal Services Assistant Business, Finance and Employment are as follows: – Support for the establishment, progression and conclusion of legal services in economic, financial and labour law – Conduct legal and factual research and present the results orally and in writing in economic law, Financial and Labour – Drafting of standard legal documents and legal communications in business, finance and employment Labour Law, for review by a supervisor T-levels are new two-year technical courses designed for employers. You will complete a Level 3 technical qualification in Legal Services with a specialisation in crime, criminal justice and social care. The course develops your knowledge of the key legal foundations and policies and systems needed to work in the legal workplace, such as the use of case management software and client confidentiality. The course will also give you an understanding of criminal proceedings and possession of social legislation and services such as social benefits and housing. The new qualification is developed in collaboration with industry experts Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX), one of the most important professional associations for the legal profession in England and Wales.
