Omnibus Rules on Promotion

(c) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs 5.2.1 and 5.2.7 (a), the head of the Agency may terminate the employment relationship of a trainee worker whose conduct and performance are unsatisfactory after the end of the probationary period and before the expiry of the maximum probationary period by notifying the trainee worker and the City Administrative Services Commissioner. The minimum length of the probationary period is, unless otherwise specified in the conditions of the certificate of appointment or promotion according to the Administrative Services Commissioner of the city: DIVISION 1.
